The echolens Hard Summer VIP Ticket Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of echolens ("Sponsor") are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Entry into the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Participation in the Giveaway is contingent upon the satisfaction of two conditions: (i) the receipt of at least 100 eligible entries, and (ii) the successful funding of the echolens Kickstarter campaign in the amount of at least $50,000 prior to its deadline (collectively, the "Conditions"). If either of the Conditions is not satisfied, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway at any time without awarding any prizes. Sponsor shall have sole discretion in determining whether the Conditions have been met and may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries or participants deemed ineligible or non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.The Giveaway prize consists of two (2) 2-Day VIP tickets to the 2025 HARD Summer Music Festival, scheduled for August 2-3, 2025, at Hollywood Park adjacent to SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries if the conditions above are met. The method of selection shall be determined by Sponsor and conducted in a manner deemed fair and appropriate. Winners will be notified via email or social media using the contact information provided at the time of entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or failure to meet the required number of entrants or Kickstarter funding goal. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, miscommunications, lost entries, or technical failures that may impact participation or winner selection.By entering, participants grant Sponsor the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional and advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants acknowledge that the Giveaway prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any event cancellations, changes, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the fulfillment of the prize.By participating, entrants fully release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
